Brightwater of North Fort Myers
Brightwater is a novel new community planned for development along Pritchett Parkway in North Fort Myers. Brightwater is unique in that it will be home to one of America’s largest of man-made, crystal lagoons. This new 
residential enclave is a collaboration between the firms of Metro Development and Crystal Lagoons. Patented technology enables both the engineering and affordable maintenance of the massive lagoon which reportedly encompasses an area equating to eight football fields. As to be anticipated, residents of Brightwater will have convenient access to swimming, sailing and other splashable fun. There will also be outdoor seating areas and a lounge.
New Homes
Some 300 homes are planned for the first phase of development at Brightwater. The homes will be priced starting from the mid to high $200s. Just beyond Brightwater, residents will be conveniently close to outstanding Gulf beaches, golf courses, shopping & dining, and other attractions. Edison Mall, the Imaginarium Science Center, Harborside Event Center and the art galleries, restaurants and night clubs of downtown Fort Myers; all await only a short drive from Brightwater.
